Sebastian De Brennan

Sebastian was called to the Bar in 2016. He is an interstate member of John Toohey Chambers. Immediately prior, he was the principal solicitor at De Brennan Tomlinson Pearce (DTP) in Sydney where he specialised in criminal, employment, coronial and human rights law. Outside of legal practice, he has been a Practitioner in Residence at the ARC Centre for Excellence in Policing and Security and has taught the unit Prisons & Punishment within the Criminology Faculty at Western Sydney University. In addition to holding degrees in business and law (with First Class Honours), he is a graduate of the Sydney Leadership Program and the Asialink Program at the University of Melbourne. He has also completed a Masters in Law at the University of Cambridge.
